New habit that I'm working on developing: Closing the kitchen after dinner except for a pre-planned snack. Phew, that is a mouthful in itself!!!
Last night, I had a training run, I didn't even want to eat after that. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
Tonight, I have a three hour class. That will preclude all eating except for that yogurt that I will have when I get home. emoticon emoticon
