New habit that I'm working on developing: Closing the kitchen after dinner except for a pre-planned snack. Phew, that is a mouthful in itself!!!
Last night, I had a training run, I didn't even want to eat after that.
Tonight, I have a three hour class. That will preclude all eating except for that yogurt that I will have when I get home.
It's planned & I have all you folks to keep me accountable. Hurray for Sparkpeople. We ARE doing it.
That's a good plan. I try to have a snack an hour or so before bedtime so I don't wake up starved but other than that, I too try to stay out of the kitchen after dinner. Soemthing simple yet lightly filling like yogurt.
