What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?

This title refers back to my Cats 5% blog series for this week.

I am just keeping my eyes on the clock and planning things differently. So far I've been successful. I also need to make sure that I eat enough earlier in the day. Allowing myself to be too hungry is a prime trigger for overeating. I can always have a snack of carrots or celery at about 8-9 PM or a piece of fruit.
