Level Down

When you play a video game, after a while, most give you a happy sound and a 'Level Up' kind of graphic.

On my weight loss journey, sometimes something happens -- such as the need to buy new clothes in a smaller size , and in my mind, I hear a happy sound, and have a mental graphic that says 'Level Down'

So this weekend, I had to go buy new bras. The old ones, besides often having broken wires from getting old and worn, were just bothering me, not fitting so well. Tried on several to make sure I got the right size and guess what ... Level Down!!

Ok, I don't necessarily want to lose the weight from there, but really it is okay, even from there.

In other news this weekend --
A couple weeks ago, my fitbit stopped syncing, and then stopped displaying and working in general. After a few emails with fitbit support, who were very nice, we determined that it is kaput and they are sending me another one. I am so excited to have another fitbit on the way, I really got to like the all day tracking and step challenge that it provided.
