Not because I want to, but because I want to support my 5% team with the point it earns, I am writing my 2nd blog in 2 days (yes, to be followed by another 5 blogs-sorry!) Today's question is "How will you do that?" I touched on that a bit yesterday and received quite a few helpful replies. One was mentioned by several friends: try calling the personal trainer again. This is a good suggestion because English speaking personal trainers are hard to come by here-if you Google it, you get many entries where someone was a personal trainer here at one time, but now have that experience as part of their resume for work in the States. I did find one other at the gym frequented by my friend; but it is on base, I don't have base access without my friend, and my friend does not go at a time that is convenient for the trainer. (The other trainer is affiliated with a different base, but is willing to see clients off base.) Another good suggestion was to check out Spark videos which I already frequently do and have gotten helpful info there. Hopefully, one of these will help me to get stronger without getting injured.
