For my cats 5% challenge, we plan to blog daily this week:
Here is the assignment: Living the Good Life – Blogging and Feedback - theme new habit. Earn 5 points for each day you post a blog - maximum 5 points daily.
1) What new habit you wish to develop?
I would like to try to be in bed, reading, by 11:30 PM. Firstly, I would like to do more reading. Secondly, I seem to have my eating in hand except for some irrational stabs at unnecessary food late at night. Thirdly, knowing that I become less controlled and less rational when I am tired, being in bed with a book is the best place for me.
Finally: once I am in bed my innate laziness would prevent me from getting up even if I was told that an exciting Italian gelato array was in an adjacent room.
