For February, I noticed a pattern when I looked at my whiteboard... Sundays and Wednesdays are my weak-point days. Three out of the 4 Sundays in February I had a calorie surplus instead of a deficit, and I did not exercise on those same days. Three out of the 4 Wednesdays I did not work out, but I only had a surplus on one of those Wednesdays. I should mention that my designated rest days are Thursdays and Fridays...
I think other than that, Feb. was a good month. I had a total of 5 calorie surplus days, 23 calorie deficit days. I'd say that's not too bad. I'd like to have less surplus days than that, so it's something I'll have to work on.
