PMS plus Snow= Frustration!!

Tuesday, February 26, 2013

Well, yesterday started out good, got a little dodgy in the middle and then ended good.

I went to the gym with Ken and just felt really tired. I slept enough and got a rest day in the day before but I was having a really hard time moving.
Then when I started my cardio my headphones started shocking me, with electricity. They will sometimes do that if I'm really sweaty and they get wet but this time I think it was from winter static. I got so frustrated that I had a mini-meltdown in the bathroom at the gym (Twice).

I blame PMS and after I was done being upset I went back out and did what I knew I could do. I did my crunches and tried to do some side crunches but again, I was just too worn out. I was in a pretty bad mood by the time I was ready to leave so i told Ken I was going to walk home because I needed the cardio. I felt a lot better after my walk and then made a tasty salad for lunch.

After that I walked on the treadmill before and after dinner and watched half of the Oscars (that crap it long!) clocking at 18000 steps for the day after all!

Today I was planning to try the gym again but it is seriously wintering outside. Whatever the snow equivalent of pouring is, that's what it's doing. So I'm guessing it will be another treadmill desk day, unfortunately, because I can't walk to the gym and back in this crap and I don't think I can drive in it either.

I guess I can't stress over what I can't control and I might as well make the best of it.

I have a lot of homework to catch up on anyway, so I'll just try to get 15000 steps on the treadmill while I do it and then maybe do some floor exercises for ST.

Five days until California!
