I just happened to edit my page today and lo and behold it has been a month.
I've been good. Good influence from a friend to start smoothies and I am having about 5 or 6 a week. I have gotten back to at least twice a week...good workouts. More active and I overcame my hesitation to get back into the pool by bringing the boys for a family swim. I spend almost the entire time moving; jogging, crunches, back flips in the water. It was what I needed.

So, in conclusion, I am proud of myself. I have given myself a goodie and until I get back with my "Ranters" or join another group, I will have to give myself another.
