So i'm putting together a lunch today, and I find that I'm not even paying attention to what I'm doing. I'm so worried about getting out of the house in time to get the kids to school that I'm just grabbing things and stuffing them in the trusty Lunch Box. My youngest is helping daddy by chucking stuff in as I go. I get to work to fish out my eggs that I packed for breakfast and had to dig through the 2 spoons that somehow got in my lunch box, past the jar of Kale Chips from last night that i'm sure will taste delicious after sitting out all night long, A half eaten rice cake (or as my two Yr old calls them POP CORN COOKIE) which i'm guessing he tossed in there when I wasn't looking.

I'm really trying to make sure that I have a healthy lunch, as my job is sitting all day at the computer doing data entry. I have recently been doing about 50 push ups (against the wall) during my bathroom visits. I'm trying to get motivated and stay motivated, but it's like there is so much going on that I can't even focus on one thing. I guess I need to work on my time management skills (to which i may add that i have NONE, never did)lol. I basically function on spur of the moment decisions, and tend to think later about the choices i've made. I've noticed this process of thinking and decision making is particular to making food choices and exercise habits.

I've been doing the SP for about 3-4 days now and although it's more confusing compared to other aps, and websites I've tried, I'm going to stick it out for as long as I can. It's really annoying that only certain exercises are listed in the TRACK your Exercise stuff, as well as certain foods. I usually measure things by cup, or unit, the oz. thing just doesn't work for me. A lady at work said to me that " well once you get used to what certain things are in ounces you'll be able to tell by holding things." I guess I can see some validity in that however I have the patience and attention span of a 2 year old. I know this to be true because I argue with mine constantly only to have us both throw our hands up and walk away within 3 seconds...

So my goal today is to eat SLOWLY as I haven't much to eat and my hours of work carry me through to dinner time.. (Grrrrr).. I got a salad, I got some Kale, I got an apple,. I've been drinking way to much.. WATER that is lol! wow.. hello!!.. I have been drinking like 4 to 5 32oz water bottles through out the work day. I'm wondering if that is bad.. need to google. it. Well. here goes another day!

It does take some time. To find the right things you are looking for in the tracker or to add your own. But once they are there and saved to your favorites, you will always have it. Use the groupings also if you make things together.

I do a bathroom set also. A set of wall push ups, calf raises, and squats.

    It really does get easier.
