it's that time of the month and i am just feeling super drained!!!!!! I hate it! I am trying to stay active but so far i only have a pound lost for the week thus far but we will see when I weigh in I am just happy I am not gaining right now lol I would REALLY like to weigh 182 for my week but I am really not stressing over it I have been wanting a million carbs and chocolate of course...thank goodness i am busy all day because it will keep me distracted. And tonight I am going to zumba so hopefully ill sweat a bunch!
