Blogging for a Bingo square

I am trying this once again. If something kills it, next time I will just accept the blank square instead. You can tell by the date of my last blog that this is not my favorite activity. It is to get points for my team (because they are challenging me to go past my comfort zone, which hopefully will result in weight loss and a healthier me-thanks for the challenge!) I have a very low BMI since I take medication for my heart that slows my heartrate. So, even when swimming a mile without stopping, I do not get tired or out of breath. I can do that in about an hour. This tends to make me feel like "why do it if it has such small results", but this challenge is changing that to "it will add up in the end if I just keep doing it"! This is going to be short since I still have 2 more squares to do in the 66 minutes till my Monday ends-post a picture and CICO. Ja mata! (till later)

    I love to swim but we have an outdoor pool so it's not an all year activity. Good for you for persevering. emoticon
