February has to be better

Ever since I fell down the stairs this summer my fitness and nutrition has gone to crap and my weight has gone back up, almost to where I started. February will be better, it has to be.
I am going to have a long discussion with my daughter tonight about health and fitness. We need to discuss what I will be buying and make sure that she is going to eat it. Being a teenager can suck and I need to do what I can to make it easier on her. Home should be a solice.
So, I will be on here at least daily as of tomorrow, and one of my new challenges starts on Monday (yay!) .
