Military Diet Nutritional Information for Day 1

I thought I would show my totals for Day 1 of the Military Diet, in case anyone is interested.
I meant to do this a few weeks ago when we started.

CALORIES CARBS FAT PROTEIN
Totals: 1202 141 50 62
Your Daily Goal: 1,800 - 2,150 202 - 349 40 - 84 60 - 188
Remaining Today: 598 - 948 61 - 208 0 - 34 0 - 126

As you can see I am eating well within my ranges. It is not a starvation diet as some people seem to think. It is 3 days on and 4 days off. This last week was the first week I didn't gain any weight during the 4 days off.

Hubby has been having great results as well. He is down about 7 pounds!

We are making progress!!

    Nicely done. My husband was on a program from his doctor that really did not watch calories at all. He was to eat at least 100 g of protien a day and not more than 60 carbs. He lost 75 pounds in 3 months and brought his Type II diabetes completely under control..... so different plans for different people. Find out what works for you (and your doctor) - and make it work.
