Taking my own poll here .... LOL.

Has anyone signed up for the Spark Coach application?? If so, do you like it? Think it's worth the money??

Thinking of joining and paying but just wanted others opinions.

Thanks!!

I have been wondering the same thing, but for now the workout videos and meal planner have my days full!

For now I am unable to use it, because I am on limited download and watching videos will use up the download not leaving enough for clients to communicate with me. Until I can afford to change my plan, I am restricted in all the videos on the site.

I did pay for the year and I'm personally glad I did. Every morning, you check in start with a mini meditation and think about the previous day. Then there is a video on different subjects by either a coach, Chris or a Doctor. You can start tracking or read an article.. There are always positive comments and once a week you can ask a coach a question. The more detailed your question is the better they are able to answer. The answers are not cookie cutter. Someone has read your question and has done their best to answer it , taking into account you personally.
I really get the impression that the more you put into the questions, the better the answers will be, which is good, because the more you think about your own situation, the more likely you are to follow the advice, right?

I also think that it would depend on you. Do you already know fitness inside out and have ten pounds to loose? Or are you 300 pounds and your knowledge is what you were taught in Phys. Ed in the 70's? Are you comfortable being really honest with yourself and the coach? Better honesty will get you better results.

Anyways, if you are really unsure, maybe try it for a shorter time period, but I'm glad I did more.

I'm interested in what others think too. I tried the free trial and I liked it, but I'm not sure there was enough extra to warrant paying for it.
