Just a few days left.
Yep. I was sore after yesterday. Hamstrings, Quads, Triceps, Abs.
Surprisingly, my biceps and chest were not.

Yoga to stretch it all out. I love the Gaiam series on Hulu.

Tonight, I introduced Dylan to the CrossCountry program of the elliptical. He didn't whine. When the 15 minutes was done, he did the same program on the recumbent bike. I'm so stinking proud of him. I opted for another strength workout instead of the 2nd set of cardio.

Back extensions, Rows, Ball sit-ups, Ball Bridges, and then Clean & Press.
My abs are officially on fire just by moving about. It's f-AB-ulous! I love the sore feeling.
