Let the tracking begin...

9:00 am- 1/2 grapefruit, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 packet instant grits, fresh-squeezed juice from my grapefruit. It was more juice than fruit.
I am unbelievably behind on my housework. I have a nice bit of energy this morning, which is unusual for me. Hmmm...could it be the healthy eating? I'm going to try to work, with breaks, from now until 4:30 when hubby gets home.

I have to keep the tv turn off because I can quickly change my focus to 'Lifetime' or 'Hallmark' and then it's all over.
My knitting project, cozy blanket and Kindle are tucked away...out of sight and mind.
Plenty of times up and down the stairs should give me some good fitness tracking today.
