Positive Changes

After 2 full weeks on the military diet and incorporating the spark meal plan the other 4 days, I have noticed many positive changes.

The most noticeably is my attitude about myself. I AM worthy of this change. I want to be around for a long time for my husband and Max. I can and will do this!

The fitbit has really made me take note of when I am most active and when I am not. Working from home full time has opened my eyes to exactly how much more time and effort I am going to have to put in to planned activities and exercising. Several days I have had 5,000+ steps and others barely over 2,000.

I have noticed in the last couple of weeks since I have been logging my food, I have made better food choices. I stop and think how many calories I have left, etc. Haven't had one drop of soda since the new year either. Not that I drank a lot before, maybe once a week. But those calories are pointless and I am making water and caffeine free tea a priority!

My goals for the next few weeks are to get better at planning my days at home and to make sure I get at least some regimented exercise in my day. EVERYDAY.
