Great day! Less than a week left of Phase 1

Friday, January 18, 2013

Today has been awesome so far. Slept in late. Went out running, and the weather was phenomenal. Sunny, a little chilly, but perfect for running. (I live in Louisiana, no chance of snow here) I didn't even have to wear a jacket, ended up tying it around my waist. Still low, but felt better today than yesterday. Getting my rhythm figured out again. Topped it off with Oatmeal Protein Pancakes topped with strawberries. Heck yes!

With my schedule bouncing around the past couple of weeks, it's been difficult to get to the gym with Dylan, but we're going tonight. Things are back on track and we should fall into our routine again, soon. My water consumption has died off; I drank a 2L last night and felt wonderful this morning. Going to try to aim for another 2L tonight.

Less than a week left on Phase 1 of my experiment. It's been pretty refreshing to not worry about the scale and just try to focus on making my habits. I'm excited to see the data. Phase 2 will be generic supplements to try to mimic the Plexus while maintaining the same type of diet and exercising. Phase 3 will be no supplements, same diet and exercise.
Yes, I'm a nerd. I like experiments and data. Now off to my nerdy job, where I have a 3 hour meeting with 3 levels of my superiors about performance data.

I had to wear gloves while on the track this morning. I got out their a little early because I forgot to eat breakfast, so ice was still on the ground. I hope your little experiment works. Your pancakes looked yummy!
