Long time no see!

Hey! It's been awhile since i've gotten on here. I ended up having a hard time with family and school, so the stress caught up with me and I fell off of the wagon.

Something that has changed since the last time I was here is I may have Type 2 diabetes. The doctor hasn't confirmed yet, but I have all of the symptoms. I have been researching diets and trying to figure out how to work out and eat if I have diabetes.

Anyways, I am back for another round. I need to get the show on the road. My first goal being back is to lose 10 pounds and also to drink nothing but unsweeted decaf tea or water..

    I was once warned I was borderline pre-diabetic.
    The best thing I did was swear off almost all starch and sugar.
    That automatically gets rid of most of the processed stuff and the junk that boosts your insulin level. Then limit the number of fruits you allow yourself and concentrate on lots non-starchy veggies and lean protein.
    Check out the diet in WHY WE GET FAT AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IN by Gary Taubes. He has a great diet in appendix 1 NO STARCH/NO SUGAR.
