Big Changes Coming My Way!

Today is a new beginning for me, I have decided to create my own workout team with a mix of all of my favorite exercise. I will be combining Jillian Michael's yoga, six weeks abs and kettlebell weight training with Chalene Johnson's tone and sculpt Turbofire to get me the results I have been looking for. I will do at least 10 min or more of exercise everyday to stay consistent. I will also eat according to my nutrition needs and requirements. I am starting off the day with a yummy chocolate protein shake, I just need to continue to make good choices throughout the day, track and get my workout on!
