Q is for Quitting

April 8th--auitting--away from the pool for about two weeks now and it will probably be another week or so before i'm back. Had my self weighted by two others this past week and I'm at 183-184. With the nutrition tracker on the main page, it's easier to use, more as if it's a priority. Used it yesterday and today and well, I see some of the errors of my way. Getting focused more now.

April 6~thought about quitting Sparks. The changes that I'm making are such life style changes that it's hard to stay.

april 13--friday--still watching portion sizes and with the part time job, I'm on my feet for 8 hours and have to focus on what I'm doing and can't think of food for self.

April 18th--I turned over my team to my co-leader in the swimming challenge and I have left the team. it will be a few more weeks before I can swim and I don't want to hinder the team. My co-leader has some great ideas and she will do well with the team.
