April 18 and hard at it

I am doing 15 to 17 strength exercises x 30 reps each day of the week. Also I set my timer on the stove for 2 minutes and I run back and forth from stove to front door. I am going to start doing 20 or more minutes of that jogging exercise. I also use my glider. I would like to dance but it is kind of hard moving this much weight so that is a future goal. Everyone add more strength exercises or my sprint jogs to your program. Burn those calories
