I gained some weight because I quit smoking.... but I also GAINED better health. So it's a trade off and I can lose the weight.
I've actually been walking during my lunch - a little over 2 miles- and then during my breaks for 10 minutes. But I am eating a lot more - even though I'm not hungry but I'm taking healthy snacks to work. The eating is starting to taper off and I'm finding other things to do to keep my mind off smoking. I've stayed off the computer because I associate it with smoking....but I think I'll be able to go on a bit more as time passes. It's probably better not to be sitting so much anyway once I get home because I'm sitting so much all day.
Much to do today.... time to get busy!
