First 3 day cycle of the military diet -- results

I just finished my first 3 day cycle of the military diet with good results. I am down 7.4 pounds and am very pleased with the results. For the other 4 days I am following the spark recommended meal plan and continuing to exercise.

I can and will do this!

    I know diets like these are a mixed bag. I think if a person wants to tweak a little, and are other wise on a health diet before and after, I think N=1s like these are okay. More power to you! I have heard about it before, and ppl having success but I never went back to see if they kept it off after they returned back to their normal eating.

    Cool. I don't think that military diet is for me, but if it works for you . YAHOO!!! or should I say Hoo-Ra?
