Lo Cal and Noodle Arms

Arms and Back workout today. I have really wimpy arms. I hate working them out. I feel so awkward doing curls and it feels like you've done a million when you've only done 10. I'm striving for being well rounded, so they have to get equal treatment too.

Going to be so glad whenever this training is over. It's messing with my routine! I miss my morning cardio.

Food has tough for me the last couple of days. I feel like I'm eating all the time. I had protein pancakes for breakfast, an apple for a snack, I'm craving Chinese food some sort of bad and have been having a lean cuisine steam meal instead. Not helping. I had an apple for a 2nd snack. When I came home tonight, I had a chocolate craving tonight so I made chocolate protein pancakes (1c cooked oatmeal, 2 egg whites, 1 scoop protein powder, and I estimate maybe 1-2 TBS of cocoa powder) with a stevia sweetened strawberry topping. It was delicious.

It feels like a lot. Smart choices, but my calories have been super low (950 today). I don't feel fatigued, so I guess I shouldn't worry. I'm just not hungry.
