So I was dreading todays jeans challenge update cause I weigh pretty much the same as I did at the 8 week update. I was 168 at the 8 week update and this morning 167.8 at the 12 week mark. .2 lbs in a month?! WTF was my first thought and thought that there would be no difference what so ever in my pics. BOY was I wrong. Let me take this moment of personal experience to tell you all not to let the scale be the only indicator of your progress! Muscle does weigh more than fat and pictures are worth a thousand words! I usually only post my day 1 pic and my current pic. But this time the pics are Day 1, Week 8, and Week 12. Keep in mind there is a less of a one lb. difference from week 8 to week 12. And I hope Im not the only one who sees a difference lol! Overall from day 1 I am down about 13 lbs in the pics. Thanks!

Hey you look great....no more muffin top for you.....do not weigh yourself....take measurements... People get too hung up on the scale. Listen I do Ironman Triathlons and if I went by my BMI I would be considered obese but my measurements are not that of someone who is obese and I wear a 10-12 depending on the maker
Give yourself a break.....look at pics....they tell no lies!
Keep going and it may be time to switch up your exercise routine as your body seems used to whatever it is you are doing....you need to kickstart your body by shocking the heck out of it
