The (almost) midweek update...

This week has not been bad. Actually, pretty good. Work wise, eh... and despite feeling crappy, and up coughing all night... It's been ok...
I lost some weight, which is a great motivator AND I have stayed on track as well. Except for that Friday thing.. haha..
The bodybugg arm band has really helped to get my caloric expenditure figured out. I am burning around 1800 cals a day, so my intake has been at 1300 daily. I am hoping that if I wear it for a month, that will get me a good report of just what the average is overall. That takes the guesswork out of it..
I have such a hard time figuring that stuff out.. I don't know why...lol
I am still logging all my calories at myfitnesspal, and my workouts at jefit. I wish I could sync/import stuff to here, but nobody seems to do that.
The fitbit arm thing does, and I think the NEWER bodybuggsp does as well... I got the older bodybugg though.
It is a pain, cause I really should be adding all my intake to the bodybugg site to better figure out my calories out/in ratio... but I am just too lazy to do it when I get home at night.
At least I'm logging it somewhere I suppose, and I am staying where I need to be numbers wise, so that's good..
only 172 more days till goal!!
