So, I don't know whether to consider this day 1 or day 2. Lets call it Day TIRED!!!
Yes, it's only been a couple of days but my body is feeling it....the good
So, I exercised some last night during the premier of the Biggest Loser!
Oh I do love that show!!! I woke up today feeling pretty great!
So, I checked in with 1 of my teams. Oh, yeah! I saw a reminder that I need to start drinking water.
So, I do & feeling good & determined & even though it was kind of late in the day I was going to drink a days worth of water.
So, my hubby who is working a little late to cover for one of his co-workers' calls & says that I can come on down & workout. They put a new gym at his job. So, the lasttime I was there my lovely daughter figured out how to work the "Jacobs Ladder" from the Biggest loser.
We couldn't figure out how to turn it on before. It only works if you are wearing the belt & let me tell you I STRUGGLED! That machine is no joke! I had to take a break every 30 seconds. I made it for a grand total of (drum-roll please) 3 1/2 minutes!
It really was hard & whoa is me & so on & so fourth. I did some other exercises. The elliptical, treadmill, legs thingy abs thingy, arms machines.
I got in 70 ounces of water today & it really is a good thing. I've been terrible about drinking any water at all let along enough water. So, it has hit me as if I had taken a strong Lasix (water pill). WARNING TMI! I have been peeing like every 15-30 minutes!
I feel tired from exercising & such but I am feeling really good! My mind & body are telling me to sleep so need to finish up this blog as I am forgetting what my reason or point of tonights Blog was. My point I guess is we have to go through the good the bad & just everything in between.
HEY, FOR EVERY COMMENT I WILL CHALLENGE MYSELF & DO 30 more seconds in addition to 5 minutes which was my next goal for that Jacobs ladder Biggest loser machine. Oh, BOY!
