I didn't get as many freggies in today, but I made sure I got in 3 servings. Breakfast is always difficult on Sunday, because we have breakfast at church and it is dependent on what is fixed that week. I still try to make wise choices. Today was breakfast burritos, but I didn't take the HUGE tortilla. I had some eggs and fruit salad.
This afternoon I took a nap and still felt tired afterwards. I then made another apron. I will try and get pictures tomorrow. I then walked on the treadmill before supper.
Tonight we are watching The Biggest Loser.
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes.
20 min (treadmill)
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day..
