My husband showed me this article. It is very interesting.
It basically compared 14 diets and showed how similar they are. It gives a list of the "good" things to eat and the things to avoid. It basically boils down to being sensible and chosing lean protein, fruits and vegetables and whole grains and to stay away from sugar and processed foods.
I had a great day. Sparked this morning, then took a nap. In the afternoon went shopping with my husband and had a nice lunch at Panera. When we got home, I sewed up an apron for my DIL.

2) Exercise at least 10 minutes.
20 min (treadmill)
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day..
