Update on Spark Streaks

My two Spark Streaks were to do 100 sit ups every day and to do 50 modified push ups. I was 82% on track. I've learned that if I don't do them in the morning before work They are not getting done. When I get home from work I'm to tired and just make excuses why I can't do them.

    82% is fantastic Jean! Especially considering that was over the hardest weeks of the year emoticon Working out first thing in the morning works best for me too.

    Ugh, understandable. I find that I am the same way. The problem is that, over my ENTIRE life, I have NEVER been able to get up earlier than absolutely necessary for any reason. It's actually easier to lose weight than to get up early for me.
