Tracking food is big key

I entered the food I have eaten and plan to eat today, and WOW way too much. I will change my dinner plans for sure. Tracking what you eat definitely helps see what goes in and could prevent overeating.

    I am right there with you. I try to log my food prior to eating and then I can make adjustments if I need to. I have problems with sodium (too much almost all the time), fats and carbs (too much sometimes) and protein (not enough).

    Being able to log and see what I have done helps me stay on track.
