1st week completed

Well my 1st week on Sparkpeople is completed. Ok I was not perfect. I definitely have
issues with eating in the evening. I always have. I was able to exercise 5 out of the 7 days but did not stay within my calorie range every day.
Oh well something to improve on right?
I started at 250lbs. I weighed in this morning at 245.4 so lost 4.6lbs.
Just think how good I could have done if I would have stayed within my ranges!
I know also when you first start changing your eating you lose more weight the first few weeks but I am happy with a loss.
My goals for the next week: Journal more-I started our journalling the 1st 3 or 4 days then nothing. My goal is also to stay within my calorie range all week--this is going to be a challenge for sure-1200 to 1500 calories sounded easy until I started logging everything I put into my mouth--that was an eye opener. I really never went crazy but had a couple of days around 1800 to 1900 calories.
The 8 glasses of water is easy because I have always drank at least 10 glasses of water daily. Besides my coffee in the morning I have always drank water all day. I do not like Soda because it is too sweet-blech.
I need to make a list of lower calorie foods and get to the grocery store this weekend.
