I slept better last night, but I am still tired. I am tired all the time which gets frustrating.
This afternoon, I was only going to walk on the treadmill for 20 min, but I was engrossed in my book, so I walked for 32 min. I also was planning on going to the gym tonight for a short strength training circuit for the first time in almost 3 weeks, but a friend called and by the time I finished talking it was too late to go.
In Nov & Dec I was skyping with my personal trainer once a week. I liked having the sessions with her, but I didn't like the skype part of it. It just wasn't the same as being one on one. So, last week I told her wasn't going to do it anymore. I will be using the workouts she gave me when I go to the gym. I also want to start using some of my exercise videos.
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes.
30 min on the treadmill
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day..
