My baby steps

While reviewing my goals and making plans for new workouts and such I am taking baby steps to get things moving a bit. What might I be doing you ask, well read on:
I've been using my company provided resistance band to do upper body exercises at my desk
I've been sitting at my desk and doing leg raises
I've been standing at my desk and doing leg stretches
I've been doing squats and plie squats in the restroom each time I go
I'm climbing the stairs on my paper route 2 at a time
I'm doing counter top push-ups in the restroom or the breakroom
I'm increasing my fruits and veggies every day plus increasing my lean meat and cutting back on my red meat and prepared foods.
These are all small things but they can have a big impact, what are you doing to ensure success in 2013. . . . . .
