New Year new motivation

I've slacked off of Spark people but not fitness the last two months. I've been actively using my fit bit and gathering badges for steps and miles. My coworker who originally introduced me to Sparkpeople admitted that she had been slacking off also. She motivated me today to come back.

Whatever it takes, my health and my fitness, stress relief and everything else is up to me not anyone else.

Here's to a more active 2013!
