Rekindling the Weight Loss Fire

The year has come and gone and I've successfully lost some weight. Unfortunately I'm not where I wanted to be. I've gained back a little bit of the weight I had lost and I'm a little bit discouraged, but I'm not broken. I am tracking my food again and I am going to be writing down my goals this year rather than keeping them in my head. I think I'm going to hang them on my bedroom wall where I'll be able to see them on a daily basis. I WILL be successful and I WILL NOT give up. I WILL get healthy this year, even if I don't lose everything I want to lose, I don't want to live my 30s being obese. I'll probably add to these as they come to me, but here are a few of the goals I've come up with for this year.
I WILL lose 70+ pounds this year.
I WILL make time to work out at least 30 minutes each day.
I WILL track my food each day.
I WILL stay within my calorie range.
I WILL seek support when I know I need it.
I WILL celebrate each victory, on the scale and off.
I WILL once again become the role model to my friends and family that I was last year when I was fired up and going strong.
I WILL NOT give up!
I WILL NOT let a plateau run me over this year.
I WILL NOT go over my calorie range on purpose when I am feeling discouraged with my progress.
I WILL NOT talk myself out of my successes, however big or small they are.
I WILL NOT use my busy schedule as an excuse to skip a work out.
I WILL NOT let the opinion of others dictate how I feel about myself.
I WILL START TODAY AND I WILL NOT GIVE UP OR SKIP DAYS EVEN WHEN I FEEL LIKE I CANNOT GO ON.
