Week 4

Yesterday I started my 4th week of my plan. I have consistently exercised every day even when I was dead tired. My workouts have consisted of cycling on my recumbent bike, treadmill intervals, Zumba, weight training, and a few random workouts on tv like kickboxing. I have limited myself to drinking sodas only once a week on my cheat days, and I have been limiting the sugary snacks.

So far my visual results are not significant, but I do feel more energetic and tighter. The last time I weighed myself 2 weeks ago I had lost 2 lbs but now my scale is broken and I don't know how much I weigh emoticon

As far as my diet. I have been eating some of everything but I have been staying in my calorie range. I even made it through Christmas dinner without doing too bad. I eat 3 meals a day with 2-3 snacks. I do want to cut down on my carbs a bit more. I also want to try some of the fitness shakes like idealshape.

I hope to finish this week out strong and maybe I'll surprise myself the next time I step on the scale. GOOD LUCK TO ME. emoticon
