Three Stress Relievers

My three proven stress relievers are...
1. Prayer (I list it first but sadly, even after being saved for many years, I somehow don't always remember to go to God first!)
2. A Hot Bubbly Bath (When my first child was a newborn and my husband came in from work and saw I was stressed he told me to go take a bath and relax and he would watch the baby. I do this every night even though my kids are 15 and 11 now!--Thank God for a good man!!!)
3. Exercise (I love the way I feel after a few minutes of exercise (endorphins I guess?) but somehow again I forget about it until I exercise and then I'm like, "I should do this all the time!")
