Haven't found out release date yet but am doing everything requested. Annxious to become less dependent on others and return to some semblance of normalcy!
Still tire easily but exercises become easier.

Wow, you have had quite an ordeal. Sounds like you are doing great for that amount of work you have had done. Once ever thing is healed you will forget a lot of the time it took you to heal. I was down for almost 6 years and it is hard to remember being so helpless. Not fun. Make sure you have some one at home if you need help for at least a couple of days. Merry Christmas.

I know the feeling. I had a partial knee replacement exactly 4 weeks ago. Because of swelling, you will need to be dependent on others a lot longer. My at home PT told me to think of my knee as a baby. If the knee is screaming or swelling, drop everything and rest and ice it. The more you feel up to doing, the more it seems to swell, but only because you are on it longer.
