Day 6 and still within range!!!

Today was a crazy day, but we got a lot accomplished. I helped my husband take out and install a newer dishwasher, and we installed an over the stove microwave, as well as cleaning the kitchen and getting our house back in order. Then I finished a blanket I made for a gift. So all of this took a lot more time than we thought...we had to deliver the blanket as it was a gift for my MIL and my SIL is delivering it for us. So we had to get it to her. I ate a very light breakfast, expecting lunch, but we went right through lunch and before we knew it it was supper time and we were starving. We were out and about and did not have anything planned for dinner - so my husband wanted to go to the local chinese restaurant.

While there I made really awesome choices!!! I did not leave full, but left satisfied. I had a salad - ate my favorite, the green beans. Had a couple crab rangoon, but paid attention to them because they are high in calories. I opted for a chicken leg over fried chicken and chicken fingers (which I passed up) and I grabbed peppered shrimp. I wanted to make sure I didn't grab anything iwth lots of hidden sauces to spoil my progress.

I have to say I am proud of myself, and I wasn't sure about my calories so I came home and used the spark nutrition to track my food and found that I stayed within range today. Granted if I had eaten lunch, I would not have been successful. So considering the day and the way it went. I made great choices. My dinner was 1005 calories. but I had only had 160 calories earlier in the day.....

Another day I am proud of :)
