I went on this site to obtain the suggested sugar guidelines so I have something to follow along my journey to get rid of my sugar addiction.

According to the American Heart Association, I need to limit myself to 6 added teaspoons of sugar a day. emoticon .

I've already had 2 and it's only 9am. It's going to be a looooooong day!
