I love this stuff, raises my energy levels ;) If you're short on ingredients it doesn't matter, you can create your own version

1 avocado w/o skin & seed
1 cucumber, skinned & seeded
1 medium zucchini chopped
1 Pablono/Italian pepper, seeded & chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves and/or fresh basil chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro and/or fresh parsley chopped
1 green apple (and/or red) seeded & chopped
1/2 cup spinach chopped
1/4 cup cold water
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
Pinch of dried ginger or a little minced fresh ginger
Red pepper flakes to taste
Optional garlic or hot sauce to taste

Add water, vinegar and cucumber to blender first. Blend well. Then slowly add the rest of the chopped ingredients, blending well in between. Should make about 4 cups. Serve chilled.
