Just went to lunch with the co-workers. I actually did pretty good. I've got 14 points left for the day. This just means fruits when I need a snack and a nice dinner.
I also need to exercise tonight since I took the day off yesterday AND I plan to walk tomorrow morning for a good hour before dinner and maybe even a small leisurely walk in the evening. We'll see how the weather holds up though.
I weighed myself this morning and I was down a pound. I'm hoping I can maintain this for my weigh in on Saturday morning at weight watchers. I'm feeling pretty good!
