Put it in Writing!

Okay gang, the year is drawing to a close, & one goal that I wanted to accomplish, but haven't yet, is to be able to do this . I wanted to get it done this year. I have a yoga instructor friend who agreed to help me too, but I still haven't got it. So, I'm putting it out here. You can hold me to it. Certainly more consistent effort is required.
