Happy Happy Joy Joy!

Wednesday, November 14, 2012

Well, I've been doing pretty good with my eating and exercising. Well, the exercising has come to kind of a halt due to breaking my toe a few days ago at my parent's house. They are not the best house keepers and my Dad left his steele toed boot in the middle of the floor. I didn't see it and accidentally kicked it really hard while trying to run to my daughter so she didn't make a huge mess. My toe is now totally black and is wrapped up with another toe in the hopes that it will heal properly. A few more weeks of healing and I should be able to resume exercising!

I actually have no idea how much weight I've lost or gained because the battery in my scale died and I keep forgetting to get a new one. That has been kind of nice though. I have completely quit obsessing over the numbers on the scale and have just been doing my best to live as healthy as possible. I have been much much happier living this way! I may just not replace the battery and only weigh myself every now and then at my friends house. I can say though that my pants are looser on me and that makes me happy!!

Well, I should go and start my day! I hope that everyone else is doing great! :-D

I agree!!!!! If the pants are looser and you are making choices that benefit your long-term health, then who cares what the scale says?

That is AWESOME!!! I love when there is a positive feeling and you can only go by that and not that stupid # on the scale, that in my case can change depending on where the scale is sitting at the house LOL. Congrats!!
