Wasting Precious Time

This morning while working through my SparkCoach program, my video was about getting that extra time into my day. I have been saying for years that I just don't have the time to do everything - and yet hear I sit on the computer rather than getting up doing the laundry, tidying the kitchen from the mornings breakfast and just getting on with the day.
So often I can't see the forest for the trees. How much more productive would I be if I would just discipline my self and say, the computer and TV are off limits until my daily chores are done. I bet I would move a lot faster to get them done that way.
I know how important strength training is to loosing weight and getting healthy, yet I find it so hard to "fit it in" along with cardio every day. Yet I have all the equipment that could easily move up stairs to the TV room so I could do a series of moves during every commercial break during my evening TV shows.
My goal for this week. Do a 2 set of 3 strength training moves during every commercial for the duration on 1 TV show. I am limiting the number of shows I watch to 1/night. So often it is easy for my to just mind numb and sit in front of the tube and get nothing accomplished.
