In August, my trainer had to go back to her parents indefinitely. So I haven't had any sessions since July. I have been working through the workouts she had given me over the last year and a half. Last week, I ended up chatting with her on Facebook, and she is doing Skype training. So, today, I had my first session. It was only a half hour, but by the end I was dripping in sweat. We had a little problem with sound, she couldn't hear me on her end, so she called me on her phone and we talked that way. It was good to work with her again. I am already feeling it tonight. My muscles are sore. I will be having weekly Skype training on Tuesday afternoons.
Also, she is running a Fit for the Holidays Challenge that will start next week. She will be giving me daily workouts and each Friday I will have a 20 min Skype time to discuss the week, workouts and menus. I am hoping this plus the Spark People Challenges I am in will keep me on track and that I will not gain and even lose during this holiday season.
For my snack today, I measured out some Emerald Cocoa Roasted Almonds and Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips. It lasted me all day.
