Today I feel positive. I am on day three of my exercise ball workout and I find I enjoy it. The exercise ball keeps me off of a dirty floor, I can do the workout in my basement, provides comfortable support and makes the exercises more fun to do. I look forward to getting my 20 minutes in later tonight. I am going to take a walk at lunch today. It's a bit cold but I think I can still get out and take a walk otuside. I do have a gym nearby for when thats not an option. While I am a member, I do not feel a gym motivates me. I feel overwhelemed and I hate waiting for equipment. I dont like having people watch me while I do the motions. The treadmill and elliptical makes me feel weird when I get off of them, which i know is common but it makes it hard for me to want to use them. I'm hoping if I can at least make it in twice a week for strength training though since I dont have the equipment at home. I should just push through it and get used to it i guess but I am wondering how anyone else has these issues and how they deal with them?
