Have been cleared by the surgeon to begin light exercises! Also joined a Holiday Fitness Challenge on one of my Facebook Fitness groups. So...here's the plan.

Joined the Spark Jump Start Your Fitness Challenge -
*10 min toning - 7days a week
*10-30 minutes cardio - 5 days a week (will mostly use the treadmill - it's convenient)
*Track food at least 3 days a week - this is a real challenge for me - for some reason I resist tracking...

GOALS:

Finish this 4 week Spark Challenge ( I'm great at beginning - not so good at completing)
Restart challenge to continue the 8 week Holiday Fitness Challenge
Get back to clean eating -
Eight cups of water a day
Lose 5% of body weight in 8 weeks.
Blog weekly with an update - good or bad!

I will journal my beginning weight and measurements in the Spark Journal and post later.

I'm really excited to be able to get back to an exercise program and these challenges are perfect...The next two months can be really crazy, so it's going to be good to have a plan and accountability going forward.
